Storage & Packing
Our storage units have a size range from 10.8 sqft to 86.5 sqft for air-conditioned facilities, and 12.9 sqft to 193.1 sqft for non-air-conditioned facilities.
You may store anything in our storage facilities except any form of food, any flammable or illegal items, living creatures, materials of a potentially dangerous nature, and personal mobility devices (PMDs).
The minimum storage period is 1 month.
Our storage facilities are open 24/7. You may access your storage unit any day and any time with your access card.
It’s not necessary, but we suggest that you label your boxes with markers so that it will be easier for you when retrieving them.
We recommend that you leave some space in between your items. You may also purchase storage racks from us for better organisation. Feel free to find it online or approach our SelfStore Managers for assistance.
We recommend sorting your items according to category. Wrap them with bubble wrap or cling wrap to protect from damage when moving them. For small items, you may place them in boxes or plastic containers. Boxes can be purchased from us if needed. Feel free to buy it online or approach our SelfStore Managers for assistance.
You may use a cabinet to keep your commercial documents and files. Electrical items and metal items can be wrapped with bubble wrap or cling wrap to avoid damage when moving them.
Booking & Payment
You may secure your storage unit with pre-payment based on your preferred unit size and duration.
You can make payment in advance to secure the storage unit, but the latest start date will be within 14 days after payment is made.
We accept Cash, Paynow, iBanking, credit card (an administrative fee of 3.5% applies), and cheque.
We will send out a renewal notice (invoice) 1 month before your lease is up.
A preferential rate will be given for every renewal.
Yes, you may issue a cheque to our Payee name:

For personal storage, we will need to sight the main occupant’s ID. For business storage, we will need to sight the main occupant’s ID as well as your company’s ACRA registration details.
You may send a notice to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 days before your lease ends. Our SelfStore Managers will contact you within 1 working day to arrange the necessary documentation for the move-out process.
The security deposit will only be collected once upon signing up and it may be used for any necessary repairs, cleaning or fumigation to restore the unit to its original condition if needed.
Yes, the deposit is refundable.
Deposit amounts vary according to the size of the storage units.
It usually takes 30 days from the time we receive the move-out documentation for the refund process to be completed.
The minimum extension of lease is 1 month. The rates will be at 1 month’s standard rate.
We will send you a renewal notice about 1 month before your lease ends. From there, you may decide whether you wish to extend or terminate your lease with us.
Safety & Security
Yes, you may pass your access card, key code or key to the person accessing the storage space. However, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage of your belongings. You may also be liable for any replacement of lost access card.?
Yes, we have an insurance package for individual storage units.
Our storage facilities and premises, including the building perimeters, are equipped with round-the-clock CCTV cameras to capture any suspicious activity 24/7. The automated door access system also ensures enhanced security and that only registered customers are allowed.
We do not provide this service at the moment. In the meantime, you may wish to approach our Selfstore Managers for assistance for any recommendations.
Yes, we provide trolleys for our customers to use within the premises.
